QUAFF members compete in a number of competitions – from regional California Homebrewer Association (CHA) competitions like Romancing The Beer, Red White & Brews, Mayfaire, Pacific Brewers Cup – to competitions at the far end of the State like California Homebrew Competition and California State Fair – to national competitions like National Homebrew Competition.

QUAFF puts on our own annual homebrew competition called America’s Finest City (AFC), which is the largest homebrew competition in Southern California, part of the Master Homebrewer Program (MHP) Circuit of America, and draws entries from across the US.

We also host Club Only Competitions geared toward helping our members fine tune their craft – whether they are brewing or judging.
