Jeff Case tried out Liquid Wood in his American Porter. He’ll share the beer with us and tell us more. Dave Preston will be with us as well to answer any questions about his Liquid Wood product. John Bell also has a fantastic mini-talk for us on the impact of water profiles on Hazy IPA. John says that he’ll have a beer or two from the experiment for us to try.
